We find out your exercise history, your injury history if any, find out your goals and expectations and finally see what type of training interests you and what will benefit you the most.

We then take all that information to develop your personal training program, nutrition guide and discuss what life style changes are needed to achieve your goals.

Throughout your program you will be consistantly evaluated to ensure to are progressing in the right direction towards achieving your fitness goals. We will refine your individual exercise program and nutrition guide if needed to ensure maximum results.
