This is a great way to introduce your children to a healthy lifestyle.

Open 5 days a week from 14.30 to 16.30, it involves everything from dancing, to the introduction of food groups and the benefits of healthy eating

Each class will help your child to identify healthy food options and learn how exercise can greatly improve the heart and lungs. With our fully qualified trainers, we aim to entertain and educate all with in a highly secure and fun environment. Our team is on hand at all times to make sure kids learn to work , play and interact together

PLEASE NOTE. All children must be accompanied by adults. Runs Monday to Friday
