Les Mills Grit

The grit class is split up into 3 classes. Strength , PLYO , and Cardio.

Les mills grit strength is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This is primarily a barbell workout while also incorporating weight plate exercises and fast body weight explosive movements to maximise muscle growth and blast away fat.

Les mills Grit Plyo is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training plyometric based workout, This workout is designed to get you training, looking and feeling like an athlete. This workout uses steps, weight plates and explosive jumping to maximise the clients speed, power, agility, strength while in turn getting you training, looking and feeling like an athlete.

Les mills Grit Cardio is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout. This workout involves body weight explosive movements done at speed to maximise calorie burn. This 30 minute cardio blast uses a variety of body weight exercises in a challanging yet fun way to get results fast.

All Les Mills Grit classes are preformed to upbeat modern music with our inspirational coaches who will be going through the the motions with you, to encourage, push and motivate you to get the best results possible.
