Our fitness class timetable is packed with plenty to keep you active, no matter what your fitness level or how you prefer to get your workouts done. Just getting started? Many of our fitness classes can be modified, making them perfect for newbies or anyone in need of a slower pace. Simply let your instructor know that you’re finding your feet and they’ll amend the moves to help you get to grips with your first fitness class.

Better Body Pump is a group fitness class designed for maximizing results and minimizing burnout. This class is the original full-body barbell workout that utilized weight room classics like squats, presses, lifts, and curls to engage every muscle in your body.


The Kettlebell class is a high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work for multiple muscle groups.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

This class is a combination of two of the best functional training classes into one fat-burning, body-toning class with the use of kettlebell exercises, and TRX suspension training. The perfect combination. The kettlebell swing and its variations are by far the most energy-demanding cardio exercises out there.


Cardio training to build muscle, burn calories and improve agility.
A fun, heart-pumping workout on a spin bike. Ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by great music. Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you.


Cardio and abdominals combined in one class. Indoor cycling focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, and high intensity. Mixed with weighted and bodyweight abs training. You’ll do crunches, sit-ups, planks, mountain climbers and much more.


The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.


Box fit is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress-busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga, combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. It improves our well-being and gives us better mental clarity.


This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout. Enjoy a quick class focused on strengthening the core.

This class is designed to enhance physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises, targeting all major muscle groups from head to toe. It seamlessly integrates strength and cardio training, aiming to build muscle, burn calories, and improve overall agility.


Yoga Flex class combine principles of yoga, breathing techniques, stretching, joint mobility, and balance for a refreshing, full-body experience. It is a great exercise to do if you are returning to fitness after a break or as a complement to other types of exercise.

The stretch and mobility class is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It’s not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It’s not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions. It’s not stability, but it includes having core strength.


This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. Integrates strength and cardio training to build muscle, burn calories and improve agility.
