OUR CLASSES

Our fitness class timetable is packed with plenty to keep you active, no matter what your fitness level or how you prefer to get your workouts done. With over (number of classes) exercise classes a month to choose from, we’ll keep your fitness routine fresh and fun. Just getting started? We have plenty to get you warmed up. Many of our fitness classes can be modified, making them perfect for newbies or anyone in need of a slower pace. Simply let your instructor know that you’re finding your feet and they’ll amend the moves to help you get to grips with your first fitness class.

KETTLEBELLS

These classes utilise traditional forms of Kettlebell techniques to create a full-body workout that works every muscle and has an emphasis on core strength.

HIIT SPIN AND CORE

A fast paced cardio-vascular workout on the spinning bikes, great lower body conditioning. Core and full body stretch afterwards. Your spin bike can be set to your own resistance making it as challenging as you want. Making spinning perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

YOGA

Yoga is an effective and exciting “Mind” and “Body” workout. It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as elements from Hatha Yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. 

BOXERCISE

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels. 

CIRCUIT

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. 

LES MILLS BODY PUMP

BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
