Building the mind to muscle connection is important. If not built properly it can lead to imbalances. Your body adapts to your surrounding environment that’s why I believe shocking your body in the gym will give you the best chances of achieving your goal. When you decide to train always have a blueprint of your goal in your mind and always have it there as it will help you visualise your goal and help you work harder towards your goal

FAVORITE TRAINING EXCERCISE

Deadlifts to maximise your muscle growth and strength. This is a great exercise if you want to lose belly fat or fat in general and increase your metabolism

FAVORITE HEALTHY FOOD

Steak, any type of fruits/vegetables, rice and beans.


NUTRITION TIP

If you want to plan a meal first think of plant-based foods. Meals should always have veggies or fruit serving and whole grain. Fuel your body with sustainable energy. Complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and plentiful fluids will ensure you get maximal benefits.
