Fitness has nothing to do with age, and it's never too late to start. With more than 3000+ personal training hours experience, I know that everyone is unique. I aim to not only help you achieve your fitness goals but also to bring about lifestyle and behavior changes. When I decided to change careers and become a professional personal trainer, I knew this was the only area I wanted to put all my energy into exploring, learning, and making an impact.
