FITNESS PHILOSOPHY

Everyone should feel safe and confident in what they do in the gym. i put my clients at ease by explaining in-depth  what we’re working on and why we’re doing each exercise. By teaching them the science and reasons behind what they’re doing, they’ll be more motivated and confident that they’re working towards an achievable goal.

FAVOURITE TRAINING EXERCISE

Compound lifts and split routines. Starting sessions with big, multi joint exercises and finishing with specific, smaller group muscles.

FAVOURITE HEALTHY FOOD

Chilli Con Carne (Homemade from scratch) with mexican rice.

NUTRITION TIP

Increase your protein intake to maintain your muscle mass and try to avoid eating excessive amounts of carbs as too much can lead to weight gain.
