I don’t believe pre-packed programs are optimal because everyone is different. What can work very well for me could only work a little for you. That’s why I always approach every single person I train differently, considering factors such as goals, limbs length, age, mobility etc.

Even though there are a lot of myths in building real strength using your bodyweight you can really achieve some real feats of strength.
Treating every client as an individual, understand that different training, methods suit different people. All bodies age in different ways depending on genetic and lifestyle factors. I also like to educate my clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

Eggs, chicken, sweet-potatoes.
You don’t need to avoid any food as long as you stay within a given calorie range – based on your goals. As I always say: you can even lose weight by only eating cakes – really hard and not healthy though – and gain weight by only eating salad – extremely hard but virtually possible.
