Our fitness class timetable offers activities for all fitness levels and preferences. New to workouts? Many classes can be modified for beginners. Just inform your instructor, and they’ll adjust the moves to suit your pace.

Better Body Pump is a group fitness class designed for maximizing results and minimizing burnout. This class is the original full-body barbell workout that utilized weight room classics like squats, presses, lifts, and curls to engage every muscle in your body.

The Kettlebell class is a high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work for multiple muscle groups.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

This class is a combination of two of the best functional training classes into one fat-burning, body-toning class with the use of kettlebell exercises, and TRX suspension training. The perfect combination. The kettlebell swing and its variations are by far the most energy-demanding cardio exercises out there.

A fun, heart-pumping workout on a spin bike. Ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by great music. Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you.

Cardio and abdominals combined in one class. Indoor cycling focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, and high intensity. Mixed with weighted and bodyweight abs training. You’ll do crunches, sit-ups, planks, mountain climbers and much more.

Box fit is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress-busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga, combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. It improves our well-being and gives us better mental clarity.

Bars and Bells is a dynamic group fitness class designed to challenge and strengthen the body using a combination of barbells and kettlebells. This high-energy workout builds muscular endurance, strength, and power while incorporating functional movements that target multiple muscle groups. Participants will perform various exercises, including squats, presses, swings, and deadlifts, to enhance overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength, tone their body, and boost their metabolism in a fun and motivating group environment.

Circuit training is a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on other muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective exercise that is designed to develop general, all-round physical and cardiovascular fitness.

Yoga Flex class combine principles of yoga, breathing techniques, stretching, joint mobility, and balance for a refreshing, full-body experience. It is a great exercise to do if you are returning to fitness after a break or as a complement to other types of exercise.
