Treating every client as an individual, understand that different training, methods suit different people. All bodies age in different ways depending on genetic and lifestyle factors. I also like to educate my clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
Building the mind to muscle connection is important. If not built properly it can lead to imbalances. Your body adapts to your surrounding environment that’s why I believe shocking your body in the gym will give you the best chances of achieving your goal. When you decide to train always have a blueprint of your goal in your mind and always have it there as it will help you visualise your goal and help you work harder towards your goal
I don’t believe pre-packed programs are optimal because everyone is different. What can work very well for me could only work a little for you. That’s why I always approach every single person I train differently, considering factors such as goals, limbs length, age, mobility etc.
Fitness has nothing to do with age, and it’s never too late to start. With more than 3000+ personal training hours experience, I know that everyone is unique. I aim to not only help you achieve your fitness goals but also to bring about lifestyle and behavior changes. When I decided to change careers and become a professional personal trainer, I knew this was the only area I wanted to put all my energy into exploring, learning, and making an impact.

With a strong background in cooking and a passion for fitness I became a nutritionist a few years back which led me to personal training and now I love to combine all 3 to help people succeed on their fitness journey.
