Everybody has different ways of training, some lift heavy, some do bodyweight exercises, some run and some cycle, no matter what you do always remember to give your all and to never let anyone judge what you do because at the end of the day, you improve by one per cent each day

Body weight pull-ups and the dumbbell chest press.

Homemade broccoli crust-based pizza with chicken, sweet potatoes and homemade garlic sauce.



NUTRITION TIP

I don't believe in diets as they often don't last long, however, I do believe in a lifestyle because that is for life, but I do believe in eating anything your heart desires as long as it's moderate and reasonable amounts.
